Attorney Marcea Flowers of Conyers, GA; liar, repeat offender

The state of Georgia presented Marcea O’Brien Flowers with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Marcea guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Shared fees with a non-lawyer
  • Made false statements to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Marcea!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Marcea’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Marcea by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Marcea practices with O’Brien Flowers Law Group LLC in Conyers, Georgia.
