Attorney Robert Lubowitz of Denver; liar, repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided Robert Alan Lubowitz with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Colorado State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Bobby misrepresented (lied) about fact relating to payments on certain cases to a law firm with which he had become associated with, and by failing to turn fees over to the firm that the firm was lawfully entitled to receive.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

• Mishandled scheduling conflict
• Acted inappropriately before a trial court judge
• Misrepresented to court child he represented was doing well when he had not met with the child
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.
