The state of Colorado provided James Frederick Lusero with a law license in 1975.

The Colorado State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Accepted undocumented loan from client
• Repaid client loan during representation in violation of Disciplinary Rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy.
