The state of Wisconsin presented Louis F. Raymond with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Louie found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law at a time when he absolutely knew his law license was under suspension.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
