Attorney Norman Fishbein of Wallingford, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Norman F. Fishbein with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Columbia University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Norm guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to adequately communicate with client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to produce will in timely fashion

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Norm by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Norm practices with the Fishbein Law Firm at 100 South Main Street in Wallingford, Connecticut.
