Attorney Ronald Pollack of Feasterville, PA; slacker

The state of Pennsylvania presented Ronald S. Pollack with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appropriately record client funds
• Failed to properly safeguard client property
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owed to client or third parties
• Failed to perform required three-way reconciliations of trust accounts
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting hi, with a complimentary 4-year term of probation. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Ronnie practices with PollackSteinberg LLP at 210 E Street Road in Feasterville, Pennsylvania.
