U.S. Judge Clark Waddoups of Salt Lake City; misogynistic loser

The state of Utah presented Clark with a law license in 1973 after she graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

Former President George W. Bush was duped into nominating Clark as U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Utah in 2008. Clark didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the Salt Lake City area. He received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Judge Waddoups was assigned the preside over the sexual harassment civil lawsuit filed by Marcia Eisenhour, a former Weber County court administrator.

Ms. Weber’s sexual harassment suit involved former Judge Craig Storey of Ogden. An article detailing Judge Storey’s sordid misconduct can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

A jury trial on Ms. Eisenhour’s sexual harassment claim endued up in her favor along with an award of $275,000 in damages. Subsequently, the jury verdict was successfully appealed, thereby resulting in the scheduling of a new trial.

During the orginial trial, Waddoups the Misogynist made the following statement from the bench:

  • “If the jury finds that there is no cause of action, we’re all better off.”

After the appellate court ordered a retrial, Ms. Eisenhour’s attorneys asked Judge Waddoups to recuse (remove) himself from the case due to his obvious bias [misogyny]. As one would expect, the Misogynist refused to remove himself from the case by laughingly claiming he wasn’t biased against Ms. Eisenhour.

This is exactly the type of result one can expect when a judge rightfully accused of bias is allowed to personally rule on whether he is biased and should be removed from the case. All this does is assure that Judge Waddoups will display even more bias against Ms. Eisenhour during the retrial in this matter.

Dyed-in-the-wool misogynists like Judge Waddoups cannot be removed from the bench unless they are convicted of criminal conduct and then impeached.

And lastly, women seeking justice in Judge Waddoups so-called court will be required to put up with his misogyny for another 10 to 20 years given he was born in 1946. If he wished, he could try and break the longevity record of former US Judge Wesley Brown of Kansas who remained on the bench until he died at the ripe old age of 104.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Judge Waddoups remains sitting on the bench in Salt Lake City, Utah.
