Attorney John Rooney of Bay Village, OH; ethical gremlin

The State of Ohio presented John James Rooney with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School in Cleveland.  

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Neglected entrusted legal matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Intentionally failed to carry out contract of employment
• Intentionally failed to seek lawful client objectives

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Howie practices at 27305 Donald Drive in Bay Village, Ohio, which is a suburb of Cleveland.
