Attorney David Engler of Youngstown, OH; ethical leprechaun

The State of Ohio presented David Lee Engler with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.  

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Represented client when professional judgment affected by Dave’s personal interests
• Had at least two sexual encounters with divorce client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Dave practices at 725 Boardman-Canfield Road in Youngstown, Ohio.
