Attorney Justin Fernandez of Cincinnati; ethical dwarf

The State of Ohio presented Justin Enrique Fernandez with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Justin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Justin!)
  • Failed to show remorse for his misconduct
  • Failed to consult with client re: means to accomplish client objectives
  • Never informed client of settlement offers

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Justin practices at 917 Main Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
