Attorney Richard West of Springboro, OH; convicted felon

The State of Ohio presented Richard Earl West with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Warren County Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Convicted of carrying a concealed weapon, a felony
  • Sentenced to 18-months confinement, later reduced to several days

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Dick practices at 195 East Central Avenue in Springboro, Ohio.
