Attorney David Rieser of Columbus, OH; ethical dwarf

The State of Ohio presented David Paul Rieser with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

The Toledo Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected entrusted legal matter involving at least two clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Dave practices at 502 South Third Street in Columbus, Ohio.
