Attorney Nicol Panebianco of Ft. Lauderdale; bullying loser

The state of Florida provided Nicol John Panebianco with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sent emails, authored court documents and made telephone calls that contained threats and personal insults.
• Found in contempt of court on two occasions
• Failed to appear at scheduled court hearings
• Violated trust accounting procedures

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Nicol practices with the Law Office of Nick Panebianco at 707 NE 3rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
