Attorney Carlos Marin of Coconut Grove, FL; convict

The state of Florida provided Carlos Adrian Marin with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Carlos guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Carlos pled no contest (guilty in effect) in court to reckless driving and driving while his license was suspended. He was subsequently sentenced to 90 days of house arrest and 12 months of probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Carlos by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Carlos practices with Marin, Eljaiek & Lopez at 2601 S Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, Florida.
