Today’s “Ass-Kisser” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Hugh. In the past, he has been the recipient of one (1) Award. That award is listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Within an hour of Donald “Trumporleone” Trump giving his so-called immigration speech in Phoenix on August 31, 2016 and shortly after The Don appeared in Mexico City with the President of Mexico, Hugh Hewitt appeared on MSNBC along with several other folks to discuss The Don’s performance.

During his appearance on MSNBC, Hugh and Host Steve Kornacki engaged in the following back and forth.

KORNACKI:

• “Do you think [Trump] provided clarity tonight, and do you think that that clarity that he provided, will it attract new voters who weren't already with him?”

HEWITT:

• “He provided clarity from the beginning of the day to the end, I think, Steve.”
• “It was his very best day of his presidential campaign.”
• “Donald Trump goes down to Mexico, has a very perfectly normal diplomatic engagement with the president of Mexico, has a great press conference afterwards, takes questions, which Secretary Clinton won't take from the press in any setting, and then comes back and gives a very, very sophisticated speech that I think mirrors -- I did 170 interviews with active Republican presidential candidates.”
• “That was the mainstream policy what he articulated today. We do points one through ten first, and then we'll talk about the other people.”
• “I think it is a softening. I think it was sophisticated and very powerful.”
• Only a dyed-in-the-wool Ass-Kisser would have the chutzpah to state that The Don’s speech was “sophisticated.” This is akin to saying that former Rep. Weiner’s posting of nude crotch shots was done in a “sophisticated” manner.

Apparently, Hugh the Ass-Kisser has no concern with the multiple lies and/or fabrications that The Don spewed forth during his speech in Phoenix. An example of same is as follows:

• “Her plan to bring in 620,000 new refugees from Syria”
• Hillary “supports visa overstays”
• Hillary “supports release of dangerous, dangerous, dangerous criminals from detention”
• “Hillary has pledged amnesty in her first 100 days”
• “Her [Hillary’s] plan will provide Obamacare, Social Security, and Medicare for illegal immigrants”
• “Clinton has also pledged to add a third executive amnesty”

Of course one should expect Hugh to be enamored by the Serial Lies of The Don since he’s a lawyer who was accustomed to lying during the time he actually practiced law.

Given Hugh’s serial Ass-Kissing, one could surmise that he’s hoping that if The Don wins the presidency that he’ll consider nominating Hugh for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Congrats Hugh; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Ass-Kissers”; you are far too humble.
