Attorney Charles Watson of Houston; ethical elf  

The state of Texas presented Charles A. Watson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from South Texas University of Law School.

The 9th District Court in Waller County found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie failed to hold funds belong in whole or in part to clients and/or third persons separate from his  own personal funds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Charlie practices with Infinity Energy Capital LLC at 1127 Eldridge Parkway in Houston, Texas.
