Attorney Patricia Barry of Los Angeles; repeat offender

The state of California presented Patricia Joan Barry with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from Cal State University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pursued multiples cases that lacked any merit (sham)
• Court called actions “groundless and vexatious”
• Another court called action “unreasonable, frivolous and meritless”

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Patty’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Patty practices at 634 South Spring Street in Los Angeles, California
