Attorney John Pramberg of Newburyport, MA; convicted serial drunk

The state of Massachusetts presented John W. Pramberg with a law license in 1985.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny was convicted in the Newbury District Court of operating under the influence, 3rd offense, and leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage.

For the crime of operating under the influence, the respondent was sentenced to two years in the house of correction with 150 days to serve and the balance suspended for three years, and, for leaving the scene of an accident, the respondent was sentenced to a concurrent term of 90 days in the house of correction.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Johnny practices in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
