Attorney Wesley Prevost of Gloucester, MA; convicted druggie

The state of Massachusetts presented Wesley B. Prevost with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Wes guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, the Gloucester Police executed a search warrant for the Wesley’s house. As a result of the search, methadone, percocet, and xanax were found. Wesley was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate the Massachusetts controlled substance act and possession with intent to distribute said drugs.

After entering into the Discovery program at the Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester, Wesley was arrested on the day he was released for taking delivery through the mail of percocet, percodan, and valium. Wesley was arrested that same day and charged with conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act and possession with intent to distribute these drugs.

Subsequently, Wesley entered into a plea agreement with the Essex County District Attorney's office wherein he pled guilty to three counts of possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance; two counts of conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act; and one count of possession of a Class B substance.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Wes by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Wes practices with the Law Office of Wesley B. Prevost at 167 East Main Street in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
