Attorney John Rauseo of Lynnfield, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented John P. Rauseo with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return client calls
• Failed to provide client with an accurate accounting of disbursement of her settlement funds
• Failed to maintain adequate financial records
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Johnny practices with Rauseo Law at 40 Salem Street in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.
