Attorney Kenneth Reisman of Newton Upper Falls, MA; moron

The state of Massachusetts presented Kenneth Paul Reisman with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Instructed client to scrub files from hard drive in contravention of court order
• Obstructed opposing party access to evidence
• Failed to advise client of prejudice to his case by altering hard drive
• Handled matter he wasn’t competent to handle (moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Kenny practices with the Law Offices of Kenneth Reisman at 997 Chestnut Street in Newton Upper Falls, Massachusetts.
