Attorney Joel Rogge of Ipswich, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Joel Jay Rogge with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Columbia University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Joel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Settled obligation to partnership without client’s consent
• Failed to inform managing partner he had accepted offer of settlement
• Failed to advise partner he was holding $1500 receiving on behalf of partnership
• Failed to promptly inform closing attorney that client rejected settlement offer
• Refused to provide the mortgage discharge

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Joel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Joel practices with the Law Offices of Joel J. Rogge at 84 County Road in Ipswich, Massachusetts.
