Attorney Richard Rubin of Springfield, MA; moronic loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Richard J. Rubin with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Intentionally failed to seek lawful client objectives
  • Failed to carry out contract of employment
  • Prejudiced client during course of representation
  • Falsely represented to client that he didn’t need to appear at damages hearing
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Failed to refund unearned fees
  • Neglected to investigate circumstances of client accident
  • Failed to obtain medical records for client
  • Failed to communicate with client about his case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Dick practices with the Committee for Public Counsel Services at 101 State Street in Springfield, Massachusetts.
