Attorney Janene Weber of Fresno, CA; thieving idiot

The state of California presented Janene Rae Weber with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Jane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform legal services with competence (idiot)
• Failed to respond to client inquiries
• Failed to refund unearned fees (crook)
• Failed to appear in court on behalf of client
• Failed to return client documents after being terminated
• Failed to account for client funds
• Failed to provide client with fee agreement
• Failed to return former attorney’s phone calls
• Failed to keep appointment with client
• Failed to complete client’s divorce matter

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jane by gifting her with a complimentary 80-day suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Jane practices with Ciummo & Associates at 2014 Tulare Street in Fresno, California.
