Attorney Brent Winterberg of Kansas City, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented Brent Lee Winterberg with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Brent found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.
