Attorney Thomas Noonan of St. Louis, MO; ethical leprechaun

The state of Missouri presented Thomas J. Noonan with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly withdrew client funds prior to earning them
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to maintain complete records of client trust accounts
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tommy
