Attorney Michael Hoague of Delaware; Il Duce Wannabee, certified nutcase

 
Attorney Michael Hoague was unfortunately gifted with a law license by the Ohio Supreme Court in 1983. Subsequently, Michael Hoague succeeded in duping the voters of Delaware County (adjacent to Columbus) to elect as their prosecutor and then as a Municipal Court Judge.
 
While sitting on the Delaware Municipal Court, Judge Michael Hoague was criminally charged with coercion and menacing for acting as follows:
  1. Il Duce was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of US 23 and Powell Road while waiting to turn north onto US 23
  2. At the same time Walter Brown and his fiancé Jenny Panescu were also waiting to turn north onto US 23
  3. Il Duce claims that Mr. Brown took a short cut through a BP station and then turned north onto US 23, which apparently didn’t sit well with his Dishonor
  4. Il Duce immediately followed Brown and Panescu and began to scream various threats against them and ordered that Brown stop and pull over
  5. Fearful of Il Duce, Brown sped up to escape; however, Il Duce chased him at speeds of at least 70 miles per hour
  6. Il Duce then violated Ohio law by obtaining Brown’s address by using his license plate number
  7. Il Duce then authored a letter to Brown threatening to have his car impounded if he didn’t appear in his courtroom within the next two days
After his criminal trial concluded, Il Duce was convicted of one criminal count of coercion.
 
Ohio Supreme Court Punishment of Il Duce
 
The enablers and apologists sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Judge Michael Hoague for his criminal conduct by gifting him with a suspended 6 month suspension of his law license. Put simply, this loser didn’t receive any punishment of any kind. Isn’t Ohio a great country?
 
As we speak (ca. Feb 2011) this loser practices his so-called brand of law at 17 Carriage Drive in Delaware, Ohio. What a joke!
