Attorney Wesley Sanders of Nixa, MO; lying loser

The state of Missouri presented Wesley Eugene Sanders (WES) with a law license in 2004.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Wes guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Wes by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation. 

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Wes practices at 815 North Main Street in Nixa, Missouri.
