Attorney Josh Tolin of Eureka, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented Josh P. Tolin with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Josh guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Revealed client’s confidential information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Tosh by ordering that he be disbarred.

Subsequently, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel reinstated Josh’s law license. Apparently, they were of the firm belief that Josh had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practice law.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Josh practices in Eureka, Missouri.
