The Board of Bar Overseers found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to the two instances of discipline set forth below, Johnny previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• Serious consequences visited upon clients (victims) due to incompetence and negligence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

• Failed to serve or file timely responses to defendants’ discovery
• Failed to file reply in opposition to defendants’ motion to compel discovery
• Due to gross negligence, trial court dismissed client’s case
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Failed to comply with client information requests
