Sadly, Patrick McGrath was provided with a law license by the State of New York in 1979. Since receipt of his law license, Patrick has spent the lion’s share of his adult life porking out at the public trough as set forth below:
Judge Patrick McGrath has been found guilty by the wimps sitting on the New York Judicial Commission
The wimps sitting on the New York Judicial Commission have found Patrick guilty of misconduct on two (2) separate occasions. That misconduct is as follows:
1st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree – ca. 2004
While running for re-election, Patrick found it convenient to improperly make repeated comments about a murder trial he presided over to the media. He did so even though he absolutely knew the case would be appealed regarding several of his questionable pre-trial rulings.
2nd bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree – ca. 2004
Patty’s 2nd bite at the Misfit Apple Tree took place while he was duping the voters into electing him as a Justice of the Supreme Court in Rensselaer County. During this campaign, Patty Baby spewed forth the following lies to prospective voters, all of whom were members of local gun clubs.
As your County Judge for the past 14 years, I have been responsible for all pistol permits in Rensselaer County
As Supreme Court Justice I will still be responsible for all pistol permits
In a campaign letter titled: “Fellow Pistol Permit Holder,” that he sent to over 7,000 gun club members, Patty said:
My pistol permit [PP] is very important to me as I know yours is to you.
Judge McGrath absolutely knew that his campaign statement that he was responsible for “all” pistol permits was patently false in that any Judge in Rensselaer County could issue such permits.
For his 2nd bite at the Misfit tree, the apologists sitting on the Judicial Commission gifted Pat with yet another complimentary admonition. What an unmitigated joke!
