The state of Missouri presented Douglas Mahan Heagler with a law license in 1998.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Doug found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Doug practices at 901 Boones Lick in Saint Charles, Missouri.
