Attorney Jeffrey Johns of Olathe, KS; convicted drunk

The state of Missouri presented Jeffrey Michael Johns with a law license in 2005.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeff was convicted of felony driving under the influence (DUI) in Kansas.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Jeff practices in Olathe, Kansas.
