Attorney Mildred Motley of St. Louis, MO; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Debra Lynn Moore with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mildred guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mildred found it acceptable to not pay taxes she was required to pay.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Mildred by gifting her with a complimentary suspension of his law license.
