Judge Spero Pines of NY; arrogant Il Duce Wannabee, ethically infirm  
Unfortunately, Judge Spero Pines has been sitting on the Broome County Family Court in Binghamton, New York since 1994.
In the recent past, the New York Judicial Commission found Judge Pines guilty of an assortment of misconduct, which included the following:
One case involved a litigant who filed a motion asking Judge Pines to allow him to visit his prior marital residence to retrieve his medical supplies and clothing.
After arbitrarily dismissing the litigant’s reasoned request and openly mocking him, Judge Pines referred to him as an “asshole” on at least two occasions. Takes one to know one, right?
The enablers on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Spero Pines by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
As we speak (ca. Feb 2011) this certified loser remains on the Family Court bench in Binghamton, New York. What a joke!
