Attorney Huma Kamgar of New York City; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Huma Hanratty Kamgar with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Huma guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Huma!)
• Intentionally made herself inaccessible to bar investigators
• Failed to pay biennial fees

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Huma by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.
