Attorney Henry Hodges III of Rockville Centre, NY; ethical misfit

The state of New York presented Henry William Hodges III with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to release escrow down payment funds over the objection of the would-be buyer and contrary to the escrow provisions in the underlying real estate contract
  • Mishandled client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Hank practices at 511 Raymond Street in Rockville Centre, New York.
