Attorney Eugene Arbaugh Jr. of Brooklandville, MD; convict

The state of Maryland presented Eugene A. Arbaugh Jr. with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Gene guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gene was convicted of assault in the second degree. He was subsequently sentenced to a three-year term of probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Gene practices in Brooklandville, Maryland, which is located in Baltimore County.
