Attorney Nancy Cohen of Baltimore, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Nancy A. Cohen with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Nancy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Nancy found it acceptable to engage in an egregious conflict of interest when she represented a client in a lawsuit against a former client in the same or substantially related matter.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Nancy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
