Attorney Doreen St. Thomas of Utica, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Doreen Marie St. Thomas with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Doreen guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflected on fitness as a lawyer
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Entered into business transaction with client having differing interests
  • Knowingly made a false state of fact
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Doreen!)
  • Misappropriated (stole) funds belong to another person
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Doreen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Doreen practices in Utica, New York.
