Attorney James Roberson Jr. of New York City; thieving loser

The state of New York presented James Oliver Roberson Jr. with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Charged excessive fees (thief)
  • Engaged in conduct constituting gross neglect
  • Ordered to return $1,360 of $1,495 fee he took from proceeds of a loan

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Jimmy practices with The Law Office of James O. Roberson Jr. at 80 Broad Street in New York, New York.
