Attorney Thomas Leslie of Indianapolis; ethical gremlin

The state of Indiana provided Thomas Nelson Leslie with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy was hired to represent a woman in her divorce case. The woman testified that a sexual relationship between her and Tommy started several months after the representation began.

The illicit relationship lasted for several years and during the entire time, Tommy continued to represent the woman in her divorce case.

In fairness to Tommy, he didn’t bill the woman for the time he was having sex with her as was the case with

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Tommy practices at 156 East Market Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
