Attorney Robert Pantoga of Skokie, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Robert Pantoga with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in overreaching regarding the attorney/client relationship
• Represented client when it materially limited responsibilities to another client
• Failed to communicate with client basis or rate of fee to be charged
• Divided fee with another lawyer not connected to his firm
• Engaged in conduct tending to bring the courts into disrepute

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2016), Bobby practices at 4934 Dobson Street in Skokie, Illinois.
