Attorney Curtis Myers of Pontiac, IL; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Curtis W. Myers with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Curtis guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Curtis found it acceptable to omit certain facts during court proceedings in which he and his wife sought to be appointed guardian for minors related to Curtis.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Curtis by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2016), Curtis practices with the Myers Law Firm at 222 West Madison Street in Pontiac, Illinois.
