Attorney Judith Toohill of Farmington, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Judith Anne Toohill with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Judy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Made false statements to a tribunal
• Failed to disclose material facts to tribunal to avoid criminal or fraudulent act by clients
• Counseled or assisted clients in illegal or fraudulent conduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Judy by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2016), Judy practices with Toohill, Toohill and Toohill at 74 East Fort Street in Farmington, Illinois.
