Attorney Mark Venetos of Phoenix; thieving loser

The state of Arizona presented Mark M. Venetos with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated [stole] $6,000 of client funds
• Client suffered actual harm

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished mark by gifting him with a complimentary term of probation.

Because Attorney Misfits in Arizona are held to a much lower standard of conduct, Mark was never criminally charged with grand theft.
