Attorney Dolores Victor of Vallejo, CA; lying crook

The state of California provided Dolores Victor with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California Bar Court found Dolores guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Committed an act of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption
  • Collected an illegal fee (crook)

In another matter, Dolores reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that she was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact she had not done so.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dolores was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Yelena by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Dolores practices at 1129 Porter Street in Vallejo, California, which is located in Solano County.
