Attorney Marilyn Weinstein of Pleasanton, CA; lying loser 

The state of California provided Marilyn Dian Weinstein with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Golden Gate University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Marilyn guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marilyn reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that she was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact she had not done so.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Marilyn by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Marilyn was never criminally charged with perjury.
