Attorney Darren Fish of Chicago; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Darren Anthony Fish with a law license in 2006.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Darren guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Improperly divided legal fees with non-lawyers
• Failed to keep clients informed about status of their matters

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Darren by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (August 2016), Darren will resume his practice with the Fish Law Group at 309 West Washington in Chicago, Illinois when his suspension ends December 2016.
