Attorney Emma Scott of Chicago; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Emma Lee Scott with a law license in 2006.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Emma guilty of the following misconduct.

• Withdrew client funds from security retainers deposited into her trust account and then used said funds for her own business and person purposes before those funds were earned as fees (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Acted knowingly in improper use of client funds

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Emma by gifting her with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (August 2016), Emma practices at 4343 North Clarendon Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
